I Highly recommend that place.

Everything there was great the riad staff were helpful the quality of materials is good location is good as well. I loved the decoration.

Only the quality of internet i think that is maybe general problem that it should be fixed otherwise everything was highly managed by professional staff.

Great value for money stop off point with friendly helpful staff

Breakfast great, staff very helpful, location great. Very good value for money. Room small but perfectly adequate for an overnight stop or short stay. GREAT value for money.

Bigger room , but hey that would need to cost more…

Perfect place to wind down from the crowded Marrakesh streets

Nice and clean rooms. The staff is wonderful! The location is good once you know where to find it. It is a perfect place to relax after discovering the busy medina, especially on the rooftop.

It can be a little hard to find at first. Google Maps guided me into the wrong ally the first time I had to get there.

Wonderful

The property is very well decorated, clean and quiet. It is located in the heart of Marrakesh so it's easy to walk around from there. There's a beautiful small terrace, good for the view and to spend some peaceful outdoor time. The staff was really friendly and helped us also with our early departure.

Amazing, fabulous stay!!! Beware of the agency for adventures they collaborate with.

The staff at Riad Casa Sophia was always kind and smiling. They were very friendly and went above and beyond so that we would enjoy our stay. The location is amazing. Very central and safe. The breakfast was really nice. On our last day we had an early flight and Yusef packed breakfast for us which was very thoughtful. The riad is beautiful and the ambient really relaxing. Everyone was really positive and kind and helpful. The terraces are beautiful and also the style and design of the rooms. Everything is serene and otherworldly. After a series of calamities, the host was kind enough to upgrade our room without us asking for it.

Regardless of our experience do not hesitate to book the riad as it is really really nice. Nonetheless, i feel obliged to mention the incident due to safety reasons. Unfortunately, we booked a 3-day-trip to the desert with an agency affiliated with the riad. We booked the trip with the assistance of the riad's owner, Mehdi. The trip went really sideways and our overall traveling experience was negative at Morocco due to us being in danger. Nonetheless, it is not the owner's fault as he was helpful and really did his best to help us. The riad is amazing really BEAUTIFUL, but if you would like to book a trip I suggest you do it on your own. In case you need to book a trip through the riad, make sure you avoid the driver called Tarek, as the experience will not be pleasant, nor safe. My only reason for mentioning it on booking.com is the lack of information regarding the name of the agency, as the driver is a dangerous and unstable person.

Lovely stay, beautiful Riad

The riad is beautifully decorated, very clean and bright room at the top floor. Yousef (staff at the reception) was so lovely and very helpful, he helped us finding the riad (which to be fair was the only difficult part), and also carried our backpacks. Would definitely come back

Excellent and comfortable properly to stay in the heart of Marrakech

The property was excellent. It’s was very comfortable and clean. The location is 3 minutes from the Jamaa el-Fnaa and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
